  • Open to all teams and organizations
  • 3 GAME GUARANTEE, EVERYONE MAKES PLAYOFFS
  • 12 Player roster max & 2 coaches’ max
  • NFL Flag Rules (modified)
  • Age cut off 8/1/2024
  • Division winners receive championship rings, graffiti football, Half-bid to the 2025 SHS Disney tournament February (Reg. closes Dec. 1st), Half-bid to the 2025 USA Flag World Championship tournament Jan. 18/19 (Reg closes Dec. 13th; bids are stackable), and Half-bid to the Hard Count National Championship June 7 & 8, 2025

DIVISIONS:

Coed: 6U, 7U, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U

Girls: 10U, 12U, 14U, 18U

*Hard Count reserves the right to combine divisions if two (2) or less teams are signed up in a division. For tournaments that have fifty (50) or less teams registered, Hard Count reserves the right to turn an originally planned two (2) day tournament into a one (1) day tournament.

Entry Fees:

  • Regular Registration: $400.00 Per Team

*$50 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Must be paid in full by registration closing.

MULTI-TEAM DISCOUNT:

  • 2 or more teams – $25 off per team
  • 4 or more teams – $50 off per team

*Teams must be registered at the same time. Discount will not be honored if teams are registered separately.

Registration Deadline: 10/5/2024 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.

ROSTERS/WAIVERS:

  • 12 Player Roster Max & 2 Coaches Max Per Team
  • All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts system. Zorts Player Cards are required for each player on the roster. A player card will require a head shot of the player from the shoulders up, without a helmet on, and either a birth certificate, passport or other state ID showing birth date. Parental waivers must be signed by the player’s parent or legal guardian.
  • After the age verification process is completed by Zorts Sports, Hard Count Athletics reserves the right to request original documents be brought to registration for further verification.

*Upload deadline is October 10, 2024 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.
**LATE Upload Deadline Incurs a $10 Fee / Player: October 11, 2024 at 12:00pm PST.

TEAM CHECK-IN:

Sunday Morning starting at 6:45am. We recommend that all teams check-in a minimum of one hour prior to their first game

SPECTATOR ENTRY FEE:

Entry Fee: $15 per person
*Kids Aged 5 and under are free
*Purchase at the gate

Refund Policy: Hard Count Athletics has full confidence that our October 13 5v5 Tournament in Tempe, AZ will happen. We have a no refund policy once you pay the deposit or the full registration fee. In the unforeseeable scenario that we are impacted by COVID-19 or other virus-related events, including but not limited to, a mandatory quarantine and/or shut-down of “non-essential” businesses, we will be offering a credit to a future Hard Count Athletics Tournament in 2025.
