Girls: 9U, 11U, 13U, 15U 18U

Coed Rec Divisions: 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U

*Hard Count reserves the right to combine divisions if three (3) or less teams are signed up in a division.

Entry Fees:

  • EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION $375.00 PER TEAM 12/20/2023 – 3/19/2024
  • REGULAR REGISTRATION $425.00 PER TEAM 3/20/2024 – 4/20/2024
  • *$100 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Must be paid in full by registration closing.

MULTI-TEAM DISCOUNT:

  • 2 or more teams – $25 off per team
  • 4 or more teams – $50 off per team
Registration Deadline: 4/20/2024 at 11:59pm PST.

ROSTERS/WAIVERS:

  • 12 Player Roster Max & 2 Coaches Max Per Team
  • All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts system. Zorts Player Cards are required for each player on the roster. A player card will require a head shot of the player from the shoulders up, without a helmet on, and either a birth certificate, passport or other state ID showing birth date. Parental waivers must be signed by the player’s parent or legal guardian.
  • *Upload deadline is April 25th, 2024 at 11:59pm PST.
  • **LATE Upload Deadline Incurs a $10 Fee / Player: April 26th, 2024 at 12:00pm PST.

TEAM CHECK-IN:

Will start at 6:30am Saturday, April 27th, 2024 at the fields. We recommend checking in at least one hour prior to your first game.

SPECTATOR ENTRY FEE:

$15 per person
*Kids age 5 and under are free

AWARDS: Division winners receive $400.00, championship rings, half bid the HCA’s 2024 National Championship June 8th & 9th, 2024 & a half bid to USA Flag’s World Championships in January of 2025!

Refund Policy:

Hard Count Athletics has full confidence that our April 27th, 2024 5v5 Tournament in Orange County will happen. We have a no refund policy once you pay the deposit or the full registration fee. In the unusual circumstance where your team is unable to play due to injuries, illness etc., we are happy to provide a credit to a future Hard Count Athletics 5v5 Tournament in 2024, as long as we receive written notification by 4/20/2024 at 11:59pm Pacific Time. In the unforeseeable scenario that we are impacted by COVID-19 or other virus-related events, including but not limited to, a mandatory quarantine and/or shut-down of “non-essential” businesses, we will be offering a credit to a future Hard Count Athletics Tournament in 2024.
