Teams:

To adhere to social distancing protocols, the following will be mandated for all HCA 2021 tournaments. Professional security personal will be enforcing the HCA return to tournament play COVID-19 protocol.

  • Teams will still be limited to (2) two coaches and (10) ten players for 5v5 and (2) two coaches and (24) twenty-four players for 7v7. No exceptions will be made.
  • Each registered player and coach will have their temperature checked during the check-in process.
  • Age divisions will be scheduled in color time blocks and given specific color wristbands for each block.
  • Only coaches, players and spectators with that color wristband on for that color time block will be allowed on premises. If you do not have a wristband for that scheduled color block, you will not be permitted to enter the premises.
  • Face coverings will be optional for players during tournament play.
  • Face coverings will be mandatory for coaches and players standing on the sideline.
  • Coaches and players are asked to refrain from high-fives or any other physical gestures of celebration.
  • Players should refrain from picking up other players’ flags off the ground.
  • In lieu of shaking hands at the end of each game, coaches and players will stay on their respective sidelines and say good game etc. to promote sportsmanship.
  • Each team will be permitted one (1) team tent. Designated tent areas will be marked by squares around each field. No tents are to be set up on premises outside of the marked areas. Security will ask for tents that are setup outside of the designated areas to be taken down.
  • No outside food or drink will be allowed on premises, except for water/athletic drinks.
  • Two (2) drink containers will be allowed per coach/player, per game on sidelines.
  • 1 cooler per team will be allowed on premises (Coach MUST bring in).

Spectators:

To adhere to social distancing protocols, the following with be mandated for all HCA 2021 tournaments. Professional security personal will be enforcing the HCA return to tournament play COVID-19 protocol.

  • All spectators on premises will be REQUIRED to wear a face covering at all times.
  • Should you choose to not wear a face covering, security will escort you off the premises.
  • Age divisions will be scheduled in color time blocks and given specific color wristbands for each color time block.
  • Each player and coach will be given two (2) spectator wristbands for their color time blocks. If you do not have a wristband for that scheduled color time block, you will not be permitted to enter onto the premises.
  • Spectators must be 30 ft (10 yards) from the field of play.
  • No outside food or drink will be allowed on premises, except for water/athletic drinks.
  • One (1) drink container will be allowed per spectator, per game.
  • Spectators will not be allowed to bring coolers onto the premises.
  • Spectators are encouraged to practice social distancing while on premises.
