Coed: 6U, 7U, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U, 17U

Girls: 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, High School

* Hard Count reserves the right to combine divisions if three (3) or less teams are signed up in a division.

ROSTERS/WAIVERS:

• 12 Player Roster Max & 2 Coaches Max Per Team

• All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts system. Zorts Player Cards are required for each player on the roster. A player card will require a head shot of the player from the shoulders up, without a helmet on, and either a birth certificate, passport or other state ID showing birth date. Parental waivers must be signed by the player’s parent or legal guardian.

  *Upload deadline is Thursday, June 5^th 11:59pm Pacific Time.

  *Late upload deadline is Friday, June6^th at 3:00pm Pacific Time. A $10 late upload fee will be applied at that time.

Awards: 5v5 Division winners receive $500.00, MVP Graffiti, championship rings & a half bid to USA Flags World Championships in January of 2026!

Half Bids: We do not allow stacking bids. If a team wins two tournaments, they can only use 1 bid to register for hard Count Nationals. They may pass the second bid they won to a different team/age division within the same organization. They may Not give their half bid to a different team in a different organization.

Refund Policy:

Hard Count Athletics has full confidence that our June 7^th & 8^th 2025 5v5 Tournament in San Diego will happen. We have a no refund policy once you pay the deposit or the full registration fee. In the unusual circumstance where your team is unable to play due to injuries, illness etc., we are happy to provide a credit to a future Hard Count Athletics 5v5 Tournament in 2025, as long as we receive written notification 5/31/2025 at 11:59pm Pacific Time. In the unforeseeable scenario that we are impacted by COVID-19 or other virus-related events, including but not limited to, a mandatory quarantine and/or shut-down of “non-essential” businesses, we will be offering a credit to a future Hard Count Athletics Tournament in 2025.

• Only one schedule request per organization will be accommodated. Additional requests will be considered if possible. Requests submitted after registration closing, will be considered but not honored. 
• All schedule requests are due by registration closing.
• Hard Count reserves the right to combine divisions if three (3) or less teams are signed up in a division. 
• Although unlikely, the date, time and location are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. 
• To be eligible to play in bracket play, a player must be rostered with the team and play in at least one pool play game.
• If a girls team plays in a coed/boys division, they have the option to play down one (1) age division. On a case by case basis, Hard Count may play them down two (2) divisions.
