Coed: 6U, 7U, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U, 17U

Girls: 9U, 11U, 13U, 15U 18U

*Hard Count reserves the right to combine divisions if two (2) or less teams are signed up in a division. For tournaments that have fifty (50) or less teams registered, Hard Count reserves the right to turn an originally planned two (2) day tournament into a one (1) day tournament.

ROSTERS/WAIVERS:

• 12 Player Roster Max & 2 Coaches Max Per Team
• All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts system. Zorts Player Cards are required for each player on the roster. A player card will require a head shot of the player from the shoulders up, without a helmet on, and either a birth certificate, passport or other state ID showing birth date. Parental waivers must be signed by the player’s parent or legal guardian.
• After the age verification process is completed by Zorts Sports, Hard Count Athletics reserves the right to request original documents be brought to registration for further verification.

Awards: Division winners receive $400.00, championship rings, MVP Graffiti Football & a half bid to USA Flag’s World Championships in January of 2025!

Half Bids: We do not allow stacking bids. If a team wins two tournaments, they can only use 1 bid to register for hard Count Nationals. They may pass the second bid they won to a different team/age division within the same organization. They may Not give their half bid to a different team in a different organization.

Refund Policy: Hard Count Athletics has full confidence that our June 8^th & 9^th 5v5 Tournament in San Diego will happen. We have a no refund policy once you pay the deposit or the full registration fee. In the unusual circumstance where your team is unable to play due to injuries, illness etc., we are happy to provide a credit to a future Hard Count Athletics 5v5 Tournament in 2025, as long as we receive written notification by 6/1/2024 at 11:59pm Pacific Time. In the unforeseeable scenario that we are impacted by COVID-19 or other virus-related events, including but not limited to, a mandatory quarantine and/or shut-down of “non-essential” businesses, we will be offering a credit to a future Hard Count Athletics Tournament in 2025.
